Welcome! SMC WAS FOUNDED IN 1968 by James Jensen and purchased by Darwin Langseth, who managed the company since the late 80's, in 1996. Located in the Metro Center in southwest Minot, SMC manages over 600 apartments and houses, a 136 unit mobile park, and 400 plus storage units. Our properties are located in Minot, Burlington, and Surrey so we're confident that you'll be able to find your home-sweet-home with us.

Office Hours & Location SMC is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and we are available for property tours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Additionally, we do offer after hours emergency maintenance assistance.
